Here's a Bryce Lane style routine I used to do: Sandbag bearhug squats aiming for 50 reps in 11 minutes (to match the length of three rounds + intervals), starting at something like 30 reps in 20 minutes then adding reps, then cutting time, then adding weight in a triple progression fashion.

The Bryce Lane stuff I wasn't familiar but have done similar stuff. More on the lines of Charles Staley's EDT. Since someone else may not be familiar also and I want to read this later, here's an article:http://affectinggravity.blogspot.com/2013/09/have-it-all-bryce-lanes-5020.html If the article is not correct let me know.

Strength is a component of strength endurance as it is a component of power. Strength endurance equals strength + muscular endurance + cardiovascular fitness Power equals strength + speed + coordination and more often than not specific skill(s) Now, you can argue all you want against those definitions, but as of now this discussion is closed as far as I'm concerned.

Regardless of all the babble about this, the big 3 for 5x5, did not produce for what I needed. Bryce Lane's "have it all" or what I dubbed the 50/20 way back in the day, now that produces the goods. Power Clean and Press your bodyweight for 50 reps in under 20 minutes and tell me what you think? I think I managed 175lbs for 53 reps in 20 minutes, it put me on queer street waiting for the spirit horse to pick me up for the ride. Like I said before, You've done some hard work. That's hard work. It can be brutal work, some of the hardest I've ever done. Its been years since I did these numbers but: Bench Press 225x108 and 285x52 reps in 20 minutes Bottom Position Squat- 350 or 355(can't remember for sure) for 50 right at or a tad over 20 minutes. Deadlift- I think it was 420 for 50 in a tad over 20 minutes
