Gelatin taken 30 to 60 minutes with a bit of "C" before workouts seems to help alot. If the above doesn't help, u can do this reference below for all those bad wrists & fingers. Ref: Treatment of an Upper Extremity Chronic Repetitive Strain Injury of 28 Years Duration in a Professional Jazz Saxophonist Using 5% Dextrose www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6476612/

Do You generally have problems with Your wrists? Do You think it's because of Your work? My work doesn't bother my wrists. They only ache if I do things like straight bar curls and chin ups on a straight bar. The first time I ever did straight bar curls my wrists felt like I was forcing them into position to hold the bar and they never got used to it since then either so I gave up on them a long time ago. Yeah I remember You saying this about the straight bar curls. Glad You work doesn't bother them. I joke around about biceps and arms but I really don't do as much arm stuff that it seems. I need it most for arm endurance for some of the jobs I do. I think it was Dave Reslo that mentioned something like people think You just pick stuff off the ground, you sometimes have to lift it to shoulder height.

My wrist have really good flexibility, I think mainly from 43 years of Tai Chi Chuan sword form practice done with each hand. Henry are You using a real sword with this practice? How much does it weigh?

Not sure what caused it but a few years ago my wrists also started to hurt in the palms-in pullup position, same for curls or seated wrist curls. If I'm doing stuff with one hand it seems ok, I guess I adjust the angle a bit and maybe I'm able to sort of rotate the arm outwards more to adjust the palm direction without having to rotate the wrist further. Wide grip stuff is easier for the same reason. Maybe it's because of using Bruv'e shake weight.

How much does it weigh? My Tai Chi Sword and Sabre both weigh 2.5 lb also my cheap Katana weighs the same, I think it's a standard weight for men.
The two in the middle are what I use and the duct taped jobby weighed 5 lbs but don't have it now.

You seem awful keen to use genetics as a convenient get out of jail card. Of course genetics are important, but you or I will never know what the genetic limit is for ourselves or anyone else. We can take a stab in the dark and assume we were pretty close at our peak to our limits, but we cant be certain. What gains did I saw when I trained them directly? What a goddamn strange queation. No I did not become Mr Olympia but I had bigger biceps of course, with no visible increase in bodyfat and the same detail under the skin on my inner biceps. You seem to discount the value of anything but the most basic compound exercises for any kind of muscular development, despite decades of people seeing reaults for themselves. You might think they all turned into fatt6 lard arses, but that is a but harsh, shame on you for using such language, Turbanripper. Are you suggesting that as deadlifts engage the biceps, that is all we need to do? My god man, I think you have been out in the Texan sun for too long. Pour yourself a Tizer and sit in the shade man! Genetics as get out of jail? Nah. Maybe its healthy objectivity or skepticism after realizing the Weener (Weider in Carlson lingo? ) BS was simply that? Here's another thought from the netherworld of genetics: the late Arthur Jones had side by side photos of the late Mike Mentzer and Richard Baldwin showing the difference genetics make. Both guys were around the same height, age and on steroids. People went crazy but Jones also took it a step further by measuring that "gap" between the triceps or biceps belly and elbow and size...at the end of the day, Jones consistently showed you just ain't overcoming genetics no matter what you do. (That includes drinking a Tizer...?) "You seem to discount the value of anything but the most basic compound exercises for any kind of muscular development, despite decades of people seeing reaults for themselves. There are plenty of examples of folks that have great upper arms from just doing chins and dips...heck, the some of those guys in the Bar-Barian videos -- push ups and chins -- have arms that I wish I could build! Both of them have shitty neck and traps compared to the rest of their bodies, guess why? Because they did not use them, as simple as that. Had they not roided, both would be possessors of pencil necks.

I'm impressed, I must say. Rarely doo I com across a blog that's both educative and engaging, and without a doubt, you have hit the nail on the head. The issue is something too few people aree speaking intelligently about. I'm very happy I found this in my search for something regarding this. Www.Waste-NDC.Pro/community/profile/tressa79906983/
