And Grunt's avatar is a good example of him placing his money where his mouth is.

Mr. Average and Mikey, It is just interesting genetic fact. I do not worry about my biceps size in my age. Forty five years ago, when I was a ripped guy with biceps ~17.5-18", I also did not have biceps peaks. However, I met several guys who had extraordinary biceps peaks but did not have sufficient biceps strength. Some of them were my partners in wrestling.

I find some of the stuff Nick does fun. It's not for everybody but I enjoy some of his stuff.

I used to do these on my bench at home, but I found traditional preacher curls better for my limited equipment. I like reverse preacher curls on the flat bench - real killers and great for the burn.

I've only recently made an effort to do a reverse grip curl hold w/ elbow @ 90* (most challenging position, w/ elbows at sides) while walking a loaded carry. I also do them, when I think about it, while pushing a grocery cart since the handle falls naturally in about the right height. Then, as I walk through the store, I lift and hold the rear wheels just enough to be off the floor or parking lot. It's progressive resistance, added to a loaded, reverse grip carry, as the cart fills, m8s. No one seems to notice that I'm doing it = Stealth Tensing - Gourd would be proud.
As Silverlooks, macky and others have noted, only one elbow angle need be worked, since tension is tension.
I think the guys who train a "sticking point" in a lift by doing an iso at the angle of occurrence are merely strengthening the connective tissues (especially), along w/ muscle and it wouldn't matter, really, what angle they used or if they duplicated the sticking point angle, as long as they create the necessary isometric tension in the stuck muscles. JMO.
