Doing my best Samson pull, doing a lot of Isometrics lately to get a little leaner and denser while maintaining weight.

Hey Ben, I'm looking forward to learning and catching a little knowledge here and there from you, about your experience of using of The Hook and the Sierra Suspension Trainer. FYI, for those who visit and are curious, the purpose-made Sierra Exercise Equipment Suspension Trainer is half the cost ($50) of the piece of plain seat belt webbing ($99) that Benny is using in the photo. Although Benny received two of them for free, you won't ..... not only will you not receive one for free, you also won't receive it even if you pay (since the new, longer version doesn't exist), but your money will be appreciated by JeP. You may, however, be sent a shorter, consolation belt which is on JeP's product page and has been for a long time, but it won't be the new one Benny is using in the photo. JeP will expect you to be satisfied with this compromised replacement too, BTW, so be sure to kiss his ass after you receive it. If you'd prefer to just have a length of webbing like Benny is using in the photo instead of a professional exercise tool, manufactured for the purpose of exercising with it (the Sierra Suspension Trainer), go to a large store, like Walmart, home improvement store or farm store and buy a webbing cargo strap or tow strap. Expect to pay about $20 to duplicate Benny's $99 belt sample that he received for free .... x2.

Did you post your "fun" picture on that other site; you know, that place where the owner manufactures and allegedly sells that thing in your hand, which he calls the greatest isometric equipment ever created?
For those interested, that inferior belt in the picture is not available to the public yet, but a few people managed to land a free one...or two.
However, a superior isometric belt/strap is available here, and based on the testimonials of the results thousands of satisfied users have obtained, I'd say the Sierra belt is on a plane all its own and will never be challenged.
And it is half the cost of that strap the other place sells, as Mr Potatohead said.
I'm wondering; that short old guy who sells the belt on that other site - did he get that pesky belt-slipping issue fixed? I recall at least one tester said the belt tended to slip through the D-ring clasp.
Maybe he got that fixed, eh?

If the twat belt works as BJB says, why no shirtless photos? If BJB has denser and leaner muscles why does he have a double chin? It seems to me that BJB does not have a clue on what lean dense muscle is. Is BJB confusing fat for muscle? Maybe BJB needs to look at some of the other members photo's on here to see what lean, dense muscle really looks like?
But a big thank you to BJB for re-showing the belt that is not available anywhere to buy and proving that it does not live up to the claims made on the other site.
BJB here is a simple way to tell the difference between fat and muscle
P.S this is what I would call lean dense muscle
Same height as BJB and weighs between 205 and 210 lbs.

I don't believe there was ever a slipping issue. I never once had a problem with the older one and yeah the strap would slide on the buckle but that's not the same thing in my opinion. There's no such thing as superior or inferior to me as I don't have the hook yet so I can't really compare the 2 apparatuses but I do love using this belt and hey free is free.

I use to be a lot chubbier than that back in 2004 at that very same weight when I was taking MetrX and lifting. There are people on here far leaner than me and that's awesome. I'm not expecting to get ripped or shredded like you dude, you're in far better looking shape than I am but I do know what kind of shape I'm in. I don't believe it be a miracle worker or the end all be all, right now it's helping me and happy with it. That's Elliot Hulse who's incredible at what he does and yeah he's in far better shape than I ever will be, he also does things that are not part of my training. But overall, the belt is just a tool, it's not the holy Grail or mega apparatus that's going to change the industry, that's pure bullshit and I will say that with conviction. I don't make any claims that it's going to turn me into the shredded beast it's suppose to do and I'm never claiming it'll turn me into the strongest human alive, I leave that to people like Bud Jeffries and others.

I might add that JP's instruction pamphlet is an additional $39.95. A training booklet comes with the Sierra Isometric/Suspension Trainer. Moreover, JP's miraculous isometric strap is nothing more than a length of webbing with a couple of D rings attached to one end. A person could easily get those components and make their own for a fraction of what JP is charging. His markup on that thing is criminal.

It isn't miraculous and you have my word one day sometime after the wedding and all, I'll snatch up the Hook and take it for a spin. Always learning and seeing what's possible and something easy to travel with which is one of the perks I like about the belt. In the end, this thing should cost no more than 60 at the most including the pamphlet. Yours has more stuff and is of very strong value. I look forward to using the hook one day.

Also I do not compare myself with people who workout, because I do enough things in a work day to compensate for not working out and get paid for it. Also I should update the profile picture of me at some point, because I am smaller than that one from last year and I am currently 196 lbs.

I do enough things in a work day to compensate for not working out and get paid for it. It's hard to mimic working for a builder for 8 hours a day, when I was working I'd workout on my days off, eventually going from a 5 day week to 4 then 3 and even 2.
Some decades ago I worked in a warehouse shipping Jeeps in parts to assembly plants to other countries, them days I worked out after each workday then had a bath.

Mine are little by little but sometimes, small changes can make the biggest differences. I do my best not to compare myself to others either, there are some things I can do that they can't but the same can be said about what they can do that I can never achieve. Everyone does things to their abilities and whether we like it or not, things will become what they were meant to in time.
