Is that your main training method ? maybe 60 mins talking about it to 1min of exercise in every 24 hrs,something like that ? Depends on my mood in the day....besides coming from a guy with "Strap On in his name", kind of an odd question to ask, some things you just can't unsee. AKA "double entendre"

Ben, I recommend sierra's isometric/suspension strap coupled with the Hook and a bar (a small pullup door bar will do). The loops in the strap allow you to put your feet inside so no slipping/position shift takes place and also makes going from exercise to exercise and from one position to another a breeze. Also, it is durable and Mr Tackett always stands by his products. Are you not scared that the pullup door bar flys towards your head?
