So I can't post a pic of someone else's equipment and share a small bit of progress? I mentioned Bruce in that manner because I know what kind of guy he is and I gave him props for it because of how generous and honest he is. I don't expect anything and all I wanted to do was share what this belt has done for me thus far. I'm not gonna get into about John because that'll just open more salts on wounds than guys on here already have for the guy. Bruce's equipment to looks awesome and I'm happy it's inexpensive and when I do get it, I will share the hell out of it on both forums but not tell John about where I got it or what I'm doing with it completely. I'm not trying to sell a damn thing just sharing that's all. I have no agenda whatsoever I'll be upfront about that until it's embedded into skulls. That's amazing you came here because of Bruce's equipment and it works for you and I really want you to succeed with it. I knew what I was getting into and quite I don't give a shit about reactions. If you guys had good opinions that's amazing to me and I'll take the opinions with fondness. If its a negative opinion than I'll take for what it is and if I have input about it that's what I'm going to do about it. Some of the guys here are so fixiated with John that anybody associated with him is a moron, idiot, inferior or flat out dumb. I am friends with him but I'm not buddy buddy. I'm in this because I wanted to see for myself what this belt can do. So far I'm happy with it and I will say it until it's embedded in everyone skulls if it comes down to it, this belt is not 100% what John claims it to be but it has perks that I do like and I can get creative with it. I'm never going to call myself an expert because I'm not. Never have been and never will claim it. I do believe I have some knowledge and people have taken me up on it and rolled with it, some of it worked, sometimes it didn't work and they have told me what I gave them didn't work and I was ok with it. All in all. Yeah I posted about a belt that I got for nothing and yes 99.9999% of the chances of it being sold is none but at least I got the opportunity to make it happen and I like it. I'm showing my enthusiasm and love for isometrics. I could never have an agenda and I'm fond of Bruce as a person, he's a good man and has done well for himself and I admire that. So how about giving me the benefit of the doubt and don't assume I'm some spy for that other forum cause as far as I know, only one guy knows I signed up here. I'm not looking for big praises or looking for sympathy. I wear my heart on my sleeve and that will never change. I love what I do, I learn, I go through trial and error and if I'm wrong I will see it and be humble about it. All I want on here is what everybody wants, to learn and throw in my 2 cents every now and then. If you truly knew what kind of person I am, you won't assume all these things that are said about me. Let me be who I am. Yeah, I made assumptions based on my perception. I have a hunch that John reads this forum ... regularly, Benny. If John lets you post pix of you using the Sierra Equipment it will be a freaking miracle, IMO. I'd really like to see his reaction to the Sierra Suspension Trainer shown in use on his forum. Instant Classic! If I do im not going to mention what equipment it is. For all he knows, it's equipment that I bought somewhere he gives no shit about so who knows. I'd still use it the same way I use the belt but that's just me.

Hey Ben, how can you give any piece of equipment a full assessment if you purposefully ignore the manual on how to properly use the equipment?
JeP is a manure-mouth buttmolar, but it's not fair to just use the limits of your mind on his crap. If he offered you the instructions you should have taken them and implemented them how he prescribed. Or you could be like me and countless others and choose not to participate in that senile mans public decline into the abyss.

For one, I figured it out on my own, it's not that different from the 1st belt. The instructions are pretty basic and the rest is just little things here and there. I'm pretty good at figuring things out if I set my mind to it. You can badmouth the guy all you want but I'm not going to do that. Maybe I came up with exercises that he doesn't teach like things for arm wrestling, Isometrics that were used by Steve justa I can use on the belt. You never know. He never once had exercises for combat sports in the original course for the old belt. I choose who I talk to and I'm going to do what's best for me.

...... I'd still use it the same way I use the belt but that's just me. Ha! Yeah, I figured you'd say something like that at some point. Why bother to use it in the most comfortable and easiest way, the way it was designed to be used? So, you have no intention of buying Bruce's Suspension Trainer, Hook handles and Door Anchor, do you? (That's another assumption) And, if you do, you won't experiment with it or use it any differently than a length of seat belt webbing, rope, chain or plain cargo strap? Instead, you will hide it's origin from JeP? Speaking of assumptions, I can only find one in that post I made, which I clearly stated was an assumption: "You seem to perceive yourself as an expert - at least, that's the tone of your writing/preaching?" That's how your writing has impacted me and it's feedback for you. Your behavior forms everyone's assumptions about you. It's what you write, it's how you act, it's what you post that determines the assumptions. I have welcomed you twice here already. What others say about you carries little weight with me. It's you who make the impression, but you don't care what impression you're making - at least, not here on this forum: This may to be true here, but only, on this forum. You do care about JeP's reactions though, don't you? Otherwise you wouldn't feel the need to hide the Sierra Suspension Training System from him. Although you have no control over people's ultimate conclusions or responses, you have a huge influence on what they assume. You judge yourself based on your personal intentions as you perceive them. Others judge you based on your behavior. This is how humans work. Everyone does this. If you don't like people's perceptions of you, change your behavior. It's useless to whine about it, to ask people "do not assume" or to make "it's who I am" excuses.

Hi BB, To increase effects of training, the belt should have the handles (soft ones are better) to apply max efforts. Bruce's equipment is the best one if DIY projects are not for you.

It's useless to whine about it, to ask people "do not assume" or to make "it's who I am" excuses. Actually I do have intentions. I'm not getting today or tomorrow but soon yes. Yes I would do some of the exact same things but would also experiment as well, always learning, when I'm bored doing the same things I'll switch it up, that's what I do or what anyone would do. If my writing has impacted you, than something is working otherwise you would be ignored it. Quite frankly, assume what you will. But if you feel something is off with me and you want to tell me about it, I'm sure you will or ask me about something you wish to know. Do I care what John thinks, yes and no in a sense yes because I value his input but at the same time, no because he knows ill tell him exactly how it is. Whether I tell him or that forum about other equipment I use is up to me and only me. I've talked about the equipment I use there a while back and never got any heat (bad rap) about it and never was asked about being cautious or anything. Make your assumptions based on what I do and if you have a problem with me all you have to do is talk to me about it or don't it's up to you. Either way, man, I'm going to do what makes me happy and share my passion and my enthusiasm, how you take it is on you.

You're probably right. I do have fat gripz I can experiment with and see how that goes but I will give you that, the handles would possibly be better for more effectiveness. BTW, awesome job on the physique man, that's impressive and inspiring to be that muscular as an older gent.
