If the claim that an all or mostly meat diet is truly responsible for an ethnic / socio groups taller than average height, then why doesn’t it apply to people like the Inuit and the Sami ?… or Bruv ? I think my growth was stunted because I was eating many foods that it turned out I was actually allergic to. By the time I found out about the allergies it was far too late. I've mentioned it before but my grandson didn't put on weight for about 6 months when he was about 2 or 3. Nobody noticed until he was weighed by the doctor. It turned out that he has celiac disease. He started growing again when his diet was changed but he's still shorter than most kids his age and I have my doubts he'll catch up, m8s.

If he still hasn't finished puberty, it's not too late for HGH injections to bring him up to a normal height.

Eat 10 prunes for breakfast, and walk 10 minutes after each meal. Also, drink enough water. I hope this helps, as this has worked for me.

Try ginger juice. If so inclined it will give you the wind, but it goes away. Put a drab of honey in it if you have issues with the bite. 4 oz of root will give you 2-3 oz of juice. Don't over do it to start.
