My favourites are rows, flys, and tricep extensions.
If you do flys or triceps extension you probably won’t need extra sub work as the core gets worked really hard, too.
I’ve brought my Sierra strap on holiday with me so I can work out — plus some bands and hook handles.

All that is left is for you to sew a nifty mesh bag to store it in. I store it an onion bag, mrdave100 m8. Thanks, I’ll sleep better tonight knowing that. Do you have different color onion bags?

No, that would be silly, m8.

A bit more to do with your suspension trainer besides pushups and pull ups.

In the past I've used cargo straps or parachute cord combined with the Sierra Hook handles to do various suspension trainer stuff. I don't trust the cheap cargo straps I've been using lately so decided to buy a proper kit. I had a look on Facebook marketplace and there's a guy nearby that was selling off 5 used sets from his martial arts gym that he has recently closed down. I went and bought a set from him today after I had checked them out on the suspension trainer company's website. These are made by The Human Trainer. Nice thick webbing and they have a load of D rings to attach the handles to in various positions very quickly. He had a TRX suspension trainer right next to them. The TRX look pretty good but not as good as these. TRX straps are not as tough looking and they don't have a whole bunch of D rings to attach to. The set I bought is similar to the one at the link below but the handles are different and the foot straps are also different. Also blue and grey which I prefer to the blue and green on the site. No DVD or manual. I attached it to a post on the balcony and tried out various exercises underneath. This thing is great, m8s. www.thehumantrainer.com/product/the-new-human-trainer-essential-kit-lime/

I'm feeling a slight ache in the pecs this morning from yesterday's workout on the suspension trainer even though I didn't do much to target the chest as I tend to focus more on the back in my workouts, m8s.

Did you wear a cap with protective neck shade while you tried out your suspension trainer?

I got a cheap one doing one of those schemes where you write positive amazon reviews for stuff. I don't think it would snap but it is a fiddle to adjust and I do worry a bit that the latch system to keep it the right length might slip. I can't remember if I even wrote a review for it in the end.
A setup like the isotrap or the one you have there with a fixed but sufficient number of lengths is definitely better. I guess another alternative would be to use a chain and feed carbiner clips through whatever links you are using then there should be space for the hook handles at the other end, it could still be pretty quick to change.

Chains are not cheap though unless you already have enough laying around.
This system also has loops in the space between each D ring so it's like Shen's Isostrap with D rings added. I don't bother adjusting the strap length. I just move the handles to whatever D rings I want to use. I also use the loops without the handles for things like a rear delt static hold where I put my arms through the loops to up just past the elbows and lean back into it and hold. Facing the hands palms up, down or to the front will target different muscles in the upper back/shoulders.

My workouts currently are all static holds and isometrics. The only chest and triceps work I did was static holds of a pushup and dip on the suspension trainer. My feet were positioned slightly higher than my hands for the pushup. Did about a minute hold for the pushup and could have done more. If I can do more than a minute on a static hold exercise I stop at one minute and find a way to make the exercise harder the next time. I don't train to failure though. The pushup and dip were experiments and I'll probably just use one or the other in the workouts now. Maybe I'll swap between them each workout. The rest of the first workout with the suspension trainer was things like a static body row which was far too easy so now I either do an isometric seated row with handles and using a strap or bands for resistance. I also did several rear shoulder static holds on the suspension trainer. Isometric curl is currently done with a thin towel and isometric leg press is done in a door frame. Video below.
This is where I learned it from.
