Hi everyone
I managed to pick up a suspension training system in a second hand shop, never thought about using one, but as it was cheap I decided to buy it.
So I was wondering what does everyone think of this way of training.
Thinking of giving it a few months training.
Cheers folks.
Keith.

Is this your first visit to the Sierra Exercise Forum? Where have we failed? Bruce? Whiffet? Grunt? You guys need to talk to Keith.

The video on the Whiffet thread shows lots of exercises you can do.
It's a great way to train. You can take the balance problems out of pistol squats too (by using the straps for balance), which make them far more effective. You can really lean back and find that's sweet spot for hitting the quads.
The fly move is great for the chest. And suspension dips will even challenge those comfortable with dip work on stable dip stands.
But I see no reason to limit yourself solely to a suspension trainer. Bicep work is definitely easier with weights or bands.

Elevating your feet with a suspension gizmo further adds to its versatility .
