I've been in therapy for all kinds of injuries. Most of what I've done for different injuries was cables, lighter weights, stretches and an exercise ball. The other two exercises he gave me was a standing cable row and a rotator cuff exercise.

I've used bands and, more recently since listening to Pete Wagner, SD to do this, but not in any type of strict-form mechanical position with degrees and such. I just lean back, pull my mostly (or not) straight arms back and do sort of "snow angel" type motions, or positions, in whatever place in space that feels good.

I love the versatility of the iso strap. Here’s how I use it for a high-tension chest fly. It really engages the core, too.

Whiffet,
Do you still do that push-up off chairs where you angle the two that your hands go on in a "V" shape (hope that makes sense)?
Thanks

Thanks, I did them for a while years ago. As I recall they gave a good pump. I dropped them for some reason. I might have to give them a go again.

Here is a variation where you cross the rings or handles under your chest. He has some good videos on training and diet.
