Here is a variation where you cross the rings or handles under your chest. He has some good videos on training and diet. I’m doing a finisher similar to that using those old muscle tending and flexing exercises. After I’ve done three sets, I do a finisher for each body part using those old Sandow moves. Noticed a real increase in vascularity — which is what happened year ago when I did those tending exercises.

So You're using the light dumbbell tension exercises for the finishers?

2 thumbs way up for Matt the Red Delta Project guy.
I hope Bruce contacts Matt in order for him to feature the Sierra Suspension Trainer in a YouTube video .

I'd add isometric stretching to the suspension trainer library . I particularly like a full body tug-o-war like static stretch .

May not be grunt's thought, but check out Pete Wagner's Omega - Iota youtube channel for a multitude of stretching videos that can be done with suspension devices.

I lack Pete Wagner's way of explaining things so I can only suggest add static contractions to Matt's suspension trainer library of dynamic exercises .

I made a very simple suspension trainer with some nylon rope that I found at work and the Sierra Hook handles. All I did was tied a loop in each end of the rope that the handles can attach to. I hang it off the two screw-in hooks that I have in the top of a door frame. It can also be attached to a door attachment of course. Resistance band handles such as those on ebay can be attached using carabiners or "s" hooks. I mostly use it for body rows (aka inverted rows)but there are so many other exercises it can be used for.

All that is left is for you to sew a nifty mesh bag to store it in.

I have a couple 25' lengths of rope. On each i slid two pieces of vinyl tubing for handles and then tied the rope to form a loop. So, from a 50' length of rope, I made two suspension tools. One for the vehicle and one for home. In use, the doubled-at-the-center loop of rope is hooked onto the anchor with a 5/8" rope thimble and a rubber band used to keep the rope gathered at the end of the thimble so it won't slip off in use. Rope thimble:
