As well you should beg for forgiveness! No sooner than we've solved the mystery of SD, you throw this one at us:

She wrote back and said "we use range of motion as the term is more relevant". Yeah, no doubt! It helps me when I can read and understand, simple terms used that are actually relevant to the topic of exercise. Somebody should post that Perfessor Von Gomer pic.

Mikey, I use a stick ~1.5-2 m. Exercises are very simple, ...... ..... the old man performs exercises ...... "I use a stick ~1.5-2 m" Many of my sticks are in this range. "... Exercises are very simple, ...." Yes, so are the ones I do. I like simple. ".... the old man performs exercises ...." With my sticks I do shoulder dislocates, OH squats and a number of the moves this guy shows in the vid in addition to some that Cedric does. This guy's exercises might look funny, but the ones I do feel great, which is all I care about. Thanks for posting that vid.

For most of the years I've been working out I had always followed the standard 3 set/10 rep protocol. With the advent of the Internet I began hearing about One Set to Failure. Every now and then I would look it up, make inquiries, get differing opinions, and decided it wasn't for me. Maybe it's the words "to failure" that make it sound unattractive. One day I thought, Why stop at ten reps and then do it again? Why not just keep going until I can't do anymore? And then once having done that, and my muscles are fatigued, it doesn't make any sense to do it again. That was several years ago, and I've been doing it ever since. The results are pretty much the same as with the sets thing. It also has the added attraction of shortening your workouts. Less is more. The Ten Commandments Of Calisthenics Mass advocates only doing 1-2 sets. Jericho Sunfire promotes a less than 5 minutes routine of doing one set to failure of one upper body exercise, one for the core, and one for the lower body, such as pushups, Russian twists, and bodyweight squats.

Isn't he the guy that claims he doesn't eat so he gets his energy from the air or the sun? He is all over the map regarding diet. First he was a fruitarian, then a vegetarian, then a breatharian, where he claimed as other breatharians do, to get all their nutrients from the universe, the sun, the air. I posted this in reply to Bruce, who advocates doing one set to failure, as Jericho does. He also recommends doing lots of walking.
