Per Vince Gironda - I eat 30-36 eggs a day, 8oz beef and a huge salad every day. I also drink at least a gallon of water a day. The eggs are mostly eaten raw with a half-cup of half-and-half. No dairy, no protein supplements or creatine, vegetables but no fruit. Started this in July, LOST six pounds and got stronger. I like DLs as some here know, and last year I bombed on a 435 DL, and missed it again in June this year. October 1st I did it for 2 reps. Maybe a coincidence, but I'm convinced the egg factor helped. However, those I've talked to who have also adopted this strategy told me to give it up after three or four months and resume my normal diet for a few weeks or two or three months. I am curious about something, Fast. In another thread, you mentioned that you eat about 120g of protein per day, but this quantity of eggs alone would be nearly twice that? I don't have any issue with eating this many eggs per day for a short period as long as I include the most densely nutritious part, liquidy yolk, to have all of the synergistic benefits from eating the whole egg. Apart from an extensive study that shows eating three eggs per day has no measurable negative effect on health, no one really knows what the upper limit is. This article mentions one guy who ate a lot of eggs and has had an opposite experience as Vince Gironda .... so showing that association does not prove causation. In fact, the recent study shows that eggs improve heart health, so there's that. I'm sure Vince had other health influences, insults and nutrient lacks that, combined, led to his early death. Severe burn patients are fed a couple dozen or more runny yolk eggs per day to speed tissue repair, so I'm not afraid of a measly 6 or more whole eggs per day for me whenever I have the urge. If the MDs are doing this, they must not really be that concerned about who egg consumption when it serves their "healing image" & bottom line. Scrivener's error in my first post. It should have read 210 grams protein, not 120, and that still would have been low.
I've settled on 30 eggs and reduced beef consumption to 4oz beef, I include vegetables, but no fruit, and at least a gallon of water. I have noticed an improvement in how my skin looks, and my strength has increased a bit. Lost two more pounds since my first post, and my jeans/slacks are looser in the waist. I'll probably continue this through the first or second week in November and back off until after Christmas, but I've enjoyed this experience.

I have a couple of questions. Why all the name changes? All the different people as guest posting and saying stuff? Just curious, it's getting a little weird here.

My computer has been broken and I post from my phone. On my computer I can scroll over someone's name a see who it is, on my phone I can't. I don't resort to calling people names. I never said that and I'm no One's resident anything. If this is Henry I do apologise if you think I said that. I enjoy most of Your post.

Fake doctors take credit and suck money from people who heal themselves. Ah, Mr. Troll...you continue to let your bias and lack of knowledge cloud your comments. 1. 100% of McDougall's information is on the web for free. 2. McDougall's got a series of 40 or 50 video discussions and who knows how many YouTube videos available for free which outlines 100% of his program. 3. McDougall openly states in his videos 'go to the library or used bookstore' to find his books to learn about his program. He also states: "...people who reclaimed their health by following the McDougall Program." "Have you experienced dramatic weight loss or put chronic ailments behind you? Maybe you have cured yourself of diabetes or kept cancer or MS at bay. Whatever your success story, we’d love to have you share it with us." McDougall constantly re-enforces in the end it is each individual responsible for their health and curing themselves through proper dietary choices. McDougall repeatedly gives credit to the MDs, etc., whose work his recommendations were founded on...Henry Chittenden, Dennis Burkett and others. So, McDougall, IMHO, needs no more defense from me. You're the one attacking and criticizing. Back YOUR claims.

Wait a minute. You stated, "Fake doctors take credit and suck money from people who heal themselves." What does posting a picture of a product sold by Dr. McDougall have to do with anything? So, based on your "logic", can I post a picture of an apple and say the farmers who grew the apple or the grocery store that sells it are, in fact, groups who suck money from people? Here's the problem: you make a statement regarding McDougall with no objective validation, no evidence. Instead, let me offer a few facts: 1. McDougall is a board certified, licensed physician. 2. McDougall has published peer reviewed studies on halting MS, for example, using a plant based diet. This gets people OFF of medications destroying their bodies, "sucking money" from their bank accounts. 3. He has numerous testimonials from people who have healed themselves following his program. eg www.drmcdougall.com/health/education/health-science/stars/stars-video/mark-jones/ This has saved these people thousands of dollars in medical costs and the anguish diet-induced diseases can create for the individual, their families, etc. 4. He provides free written information on his site. He provides free videos on his sites, in interviews with countless other sites and on YouTube. Dozens of his lectures are available on YouTube. 5. He states his books are in libraries, used bookstores -- free or for pennies on the dollar. And finally, McDougall openly states the individual can only heal themselves via their dietary changes. Again, I've provided facts regarding McDougall. Something you have not done with your trolling.

"Your" is a possessive adjective. For example: - "Where is YOUR common sense." - "Where is YOUR logic?" You HAVE been "editttededed" as the legendary Bruv would say. And let me also note: I was one of the first, if not the first, person banned by Transformetrics for calling out the BS much like I'm pointing out with your misinformation. (Bruce, et al, can validate this...) I AM LEGEND!!! (At least in my own mind...LOLOL!!!)
Folks, guess Mr. Troll has validated his place...

People who are uninformed and/or wrong usually try to make various claims since I'm right 99.99999999% of the time. Guess you're over on AMM2 as well, copping my "ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!" post? For those who have not been there lately, we've been having fun with Boredon's latest round of BS and the latest updates on the delays. Bruce -- is this the Gourd, possibly?

My wife has unfortunately MS. We did however eat mostly plants well before her diagnosis. What we changed is to include more omega 3 and lower our omega 6 intake (we no longer use cooking oil with a high Omega 6 ratio) and up the vitamin D. This seems to be a common result across studies. Also we include ginger and curcumin.

re: Soja
kicked it out also because of the high Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio.
