I hope Whiffet don't mind me writting this. When He had his blog I wrote his basic workout down from his Transformation. Maybe someone might like it.
3 to 4 sets per body part
Mon: Back & Chest (6 reps) Legs & Biceps (8-10 reps) Shoulders & Triceps (15 reps)
Wed: Legs & Biceps (6 reps) Shoulders & Triceps (8-10) Back & Chest (15 reps)
Fri: Shoulders & Tricep (6 reps) Back & Chest (8-10) Legs & Biceps (15 reps)

Whiffet spends a lot of time surfing. That builds great triceps, shoulders, and lats. You shoulda seen some of the Hawaiians I went to school with.
