I know we've all been waiting for this thread with baited breath, but, it is a discussion whose time has come (since his board is gone):
So, Mr. Whiffet, can you provide a short summary or overview of:
1. Your training program and tools? (Tools may include weights, Bruce's equipment, etc.) 2. Your diet philosophy?
Thanks!

Well, then, the wait will make it all that more exciting! I have a great idea! Why don't you start a workout log in the Member Workout Logs and then you can refer inquiring minds to it?

Well, then, the wait will make it all that more exciting! I have a great idea! Why don't you start a workout log in the Member Workout Logs and then you can refer inquiring minds to it? It has always seemed really tedious to do a workout log online. I'll do a proper reply soon. But my workout today, which is a typical one, was: Push ups with feet raised: two sets Pull ups: two sets Squats: two sets Curls: two sets Leg raises: two sets That's it! Takes less than 30 mins. My workout is pretty much always that. I do full body so one bodypart is not exhausted when I am in the sea. My main interest is enjoying time in the sea. So split routines are out. I do this routine three times per week. You can make big progress with your strength.

Curls were with weights today, but I also use Sierra bands.
Squats are with 60 kilos on a dip belt.
