I hate burpees. Possibly why I don't do them.

Never understood the 'functionality' claim re burpees, either. Haven't done one on the job, working around the house yet.

I started working out aged about 14 so any pics before are just me as a little kid. Here's one when I'm aged about 20, and a recent one of me bulked up. Blimey. Impressive. Although I'd be happy just reaching your "at 20" physique :-)

Never understood the 'functionality' claim re burpees, either. Haven't done one on the job, working around the house yet. There was a time not so long ago when just about every bodyweight exercise was classed as "Functional" by some people. You probably remember when the word then slipped over into kettlebell training which then became the new "Functional training"

You're a bit behind the times m8 ,the hard to define Dynamic-Isometrics are the latest thing in ultimate functionality.

Well I like to think emptying my bowels is a functional exercise.

Yeah, KBs were some of the worst once the people that supported that workout method got ahold of it. I'm horribly inflexible, but, enjoy trying windmills. Never once thought of that as being 'functional' either.

A rechargeable drill is also a functional tool.
