First time I ever saw the "Hindu Pushup" it was called the "Chinese Pushup". They probably do them in Vietnam and call them the "Vietnamese Pushup"...

Hi Ben,congratulations on your "brutal" partial Burpee Workout, very inspirational to see someone overcoming a condition.I've seen some posts about your medical issues, but havent seen you go into detail.I take it you have Prader-Willi syndrome. You are definitely one of the fittest, strongest and most articulate people with that condition that I have heard of.It is good that Katy Prices son isnt the only public face of Prader-Willi and that people realise that there are degrees to the syndrome.I bet you can probably do all kinds of "normal" jobs, working in Supermarkets and so on,especially now that work shifts are only a few hours a day.Congratulations again. It is a particularly unfair condition and everyone should appreciate that it is only luck that stops them from having that Chromosome defect. All the best. www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/Prader-Willi%20syndrome

Are You serious? Nice way to put someone down while making it sound like You're sincere. Are you serious ? lame attempt at trolling by pretending you think I was putting Harvey Price down because he has a more extreme form of the condition than Ben.I bet you are the sort who call Ben and Harvey Window Lickers and Poopy Pants, but you wouldnt dare say it to their faces. Ignore that guy Ben,just keep trying and know that not everyone is like Michael.
Thank You, I Love You.

wow you are some piece of work. But thank you for thinking of me in that manner, you must really feel good about yourself to believe that I have a condition such as that. Must suck for you to live a life that's so messed up you have to put someone down so you feel taller or "bigger" depending on your mindset. Want to know what my condition is....Try having menengitis as a baby and nearly dying. You live and had to learn to walk and talk all over again, couldn't speak until you're about 5-6 years old and having to go to speech therapy. Feel better now? Of course you do because that's the only satisfaction you get in life and putting on a facade that makes you look like Superman but more like Mola Ram from the Temple Of Doom, ripping someone's heart out while they're still alive and making them feel dead inside and watch them go into a pit of death for your enjoyment. Enjoy your existence while I kick ass, take names, make a living for me and my soon to be wife and having a blast with the things that make me happy.

I commit myself to perform one set of 4,585 reps each day of the Push-up and Squat and 45 minutes to the Bridge. Like I said, this I do on a daily basis. Sometimes I do a set of 8,500 consecutive and once a month on the squat I do 12,650 reps. WHY? Just to prove to myself that I can.

That would've maybe hit Superhuman level but I don't know. And under 13000, Gama would still do 12,651. Still though as long as you don't get hurt, I'm for the numbers.
