I have been finding this guys Bullworker focused channel interesting. He seems to do really well with it. He is also a vegan and mentions that, but I am in no way trying to push that and am an Omnivore myself.

I've seen his video's before, always great info !... After using them on and off over the years, I've found that my early 'Morning Coffee Routine' is the 'niche' for consistently using my Bullworker's... I simply do a few minutes of various timed holds while enjoying two cups of Bustelo as I get ready for the day ahead

He's a good guy with great info. The after pictures also look more dramatic due to lighting.

Great info, yes but he has gained his physique by using weights, he says himself. It would be nice if a person went from slob to stud just using the bullworker.

He has some really good information and has a great voice too. He sings and is musician and is from England I believe. It is long at over an hour, but I think it is worth it, if you like the Bullworker. He goes through many of the exercises in the vintage Bullworker book. He also relaxes me for some reason.

DG very cool. The last person I remember rocking a monocle was Colonel Klink from Hogan's Heroes.

Here in Blighty Patrick Moore was a well known monocle wearer, and an all round good egg too. Chris Eubank sometimes uses one.

Yeah, the 28" Panther has one spring. There were three models available. Light, medium and heavy. The heavy model is very rare and came out shortly after I got the medium. I've got two springs for mine now though. I chat to the guy that was selling the Panthers. He sent me a spring from the light model a few months ago as a gift. I took out the rivet from the handle on the smaller tube and have not replaced it so I can now switch between springs.

I dug out the Bullworker Classic yesterday. I've not used if for a little while as I've been mainly doing kettlebell swings, dip station and bands recently. My ever present shoulder problem flares up now and again from some pushing exercises so I decided I was going to avoid pushups and dips for now and try out the dumbbell chest fly and band triceps pushdowns (Like a cable pushdown) as alternatives. Setting up the pushdown is no problem as I have an overhead hook in a doorframe and plenty of bands but I've not owned dumbbells since I left EnglandUK. I've got weight plates that I use for the homemade adjustable kettlebell but no dumbbell handles so I thought I would just simply go and buy a basic adjustable dumbbell set. I can't seem to get them anywhere here at the moment and I've been trying for weeks. The endless lockdowns seem to have caused a shortage. So anyway, I got the bullworker out and did a few sets of the chest fly with that instead. The chest fly is basically holding the bullworker out in front with a slight bend in the elbows as in the dumbbell version and then compressing the tubes without bending the elbows any more. Not to be confused with the famous bullworker chest compressions. These always ends up irritating my shoulder and I don't think chest compressions are a great exercise anyway. The chest fly felt good though.

Here is one I do for chest that I have not seen described anywhere: Lay down and put the BW chest and negotiate one handle in crook of a one arm, then do the other side. Basically using gravity to 'trap' the handles in the crooks of the elbows. When I have the handles in good and secure I compress - like a pec-dec fly. I also raise arms higher to hit the upper chest area.
Works the pecs and eliminates the torque in the elbow area.

This can be done with any looped belt. I use synchronized leg movements to make it panaerobic.
