Be leery of those that like to say things like “ have a blessed day”. 🤣. They tend to be rigid and the most hypocritical of all.
...and usually more than a wee bit brainwashed by their structured and pre-programmed 'spirituality'

I’ve added two other movements with the KB: one handed suitcase walking and front goblet squats.
I know I’m late to the KB party, but I’m glad I joined in.
The one handed suitcase carry has to be one of the most useful exercises ever.

The one handed suitcase carry has to be one of the most useful exercises ever. Put them together and you have a KB complex. Suggestion: Goblet squat x 5 - suitcase carry 0:30 each side then swing x 20 equals a round. Rest and recover them repeat according to your liking. Or create your own KB complex.

Yeah MBS, I do the Suitcase carry a lot, love it. Most of the time I don't count it in my sessions but there are times a I may do it almost everyday. It could be a little or a lot. Pierini turned me onto Chandler Marchman videos and he uses some kind of carries to extend his sets, circuits, complexes, or whatever You want to call them. I never believed in doing carries before but I like them now.

Well, I’ve been using my new KB for two weeks+, and I love it. Been experimenting with different protocols to find what works for me.
This morning I did 10 x 10 24kg EMOM, and felt energized afterwards.
For now, I’ve settled on four movements:
Two handed swings one/ two handed deadlifts Goblet squats one handed suitcase carry.
For developing “ functional strength “ ( I know, an overused term), the KB may be the most useful tool in my arsenal.
Appreciate all the feedback and suggestions.

Very good movements that are usually in my normal sessions. Can't go wrong those. When it comes to exercise Your a minimalist, I'm not. For myself, the great thing about them is You can get a short session in with more bang for your buck.

Tools are not kept in arsenals. Weapons are. Tools are kept in a toolbox or shed. Can Americans please stop mangling British phrases?
