Nice hike, @mbs
Today was just a focus on strength and form Squat 135x2x3; 185x2x3;195x2 Oh press 65x3; 75x3; 85x1x1x1x1x1x1x1 St bar curls 45×8×5; 65x2; 75×2; 85x2x2x2x2x3x2 Side lateral raise holding 10 pound plates by the hub x8x8 Finger tip roll up not sure what else to call this. I hang from a pullup bar from my finger tips and then try to close my hand. I can't yet do a full rep but am getting closer. I do a few positives in the range of motion I can, a few assisted and then a few negative.

Why did you go to all that trouble hiking and climbing MBS, when you could just have put on a hypoxic mask and gotten the same effect on a treadmill ? My hat's off to you, that must be some hike !

Yesterday my workout was lifting sandbags.....putting them into a cart, pulling the cart and lifting and stacking them in my garage I put out 45 of them on Wednesday in anticipation of the hurricane and thankfully, they weren't needed So yesterday in the heat and humidity again, I had to put them all away I bought them a few months ago and filled each one with a 50lb bag of sand.....man, those MFers get heavy after awhile ! But....better safe than sorry and I am glad they weren't needed as the storm didn't hit us bad

Chin ups, working up to 6 reps with 50 pounds and a single with 93 pounds. Dead hang to chin above bar and no body English.
One arm dumbell rows with fat handled dumbell.
Straight arm pulldowns
Face pulls
Military press
Trap bar deadlifts
Incline dumbell curls with fat handled dumbells
I only stated weight used on chins becaude I don't consider any of the other weight I used anything special.

Climbing the chute just before the summit: We're there a bunch of you hauling your old tailgates up up to the top and junking them? Seriously, looks very nice.
