No, seriously, folks. Today was legs and forearms day. I utilized my plethora of homemade forearm equipment.

Nothing today - Friday is a day off. Last night was the last ballet class of the term, so we've got a couple of weeks off. The teacher always pushes us a bit harder in the last class, so sore legs today. I also twinged my back a bit, opening the gate to work. I'm hoping to stretch it our a bit in the gym tomorrow.

Yes, but what if I don't want to, though? Well you could for example start a thread called "What did you train today?"

Did some DDP yoga and went for a 7 mile hike. Yesterday was the first day my weekly hiking trail was reopened. It has 21 waterfalls in the 7 miles. It ices up in the winter and can only be accessed with ice climbing gear.

Felt my left shoulder when I woke up.. did 30 facepulls with very low resistance to get the blood in there.. much better now.
Brachioradialis felt a little funny on both forearms. I did 200 reps hammer curls each arm with very low resistance to get a good blood flow and speed up the recovery. Feels good now. Concept behind this:
Gonna take it easy today, some soreness in my chest, lats, rhomboids gotta let the body recover.
Other than that I did some hamstring and hip flexor stretches. When I started my hands were about 50cm away from the ground and within only 15 seconds of static stretching I was able to touch the ground with my palms. The hamstrings are really like some type of elastic band. Very happy with my flexibility there
EDIT: did another.. 50 shoulder prone presses low resistance 70 hammer curls low resistance 100 facepulls low resistance
