Today’s workout was short as I’m recovering from a long travel day yesterday. I did weighted pull-ups and chin-ups and the 24kg KB I used felt unusually and incredibly heavy.
Then I concluded my brief 15 minute workout with a set of wide-grip behind-the-neck pull-ups, something I haven’t done in over 5 years.

I devoted today's workout to training the most neglected muscle in your body - your big toe.
