I just ordered this stuff. Thought I’d add some to my daily water.
Any of you you guys use it or have thoughts on its merits?

It’s a liquid trace mineral concentration to fill the gaps in our food quality that may be missing as a result of soli depletion It’s added to water, juice, etc.

Thanks! Honestly I've been taking it for years. I started taking it because I read it helps with bone density. I figured this was a good safe guard because of my physical jobs. I never had any noticable problems so I haven't noticed any difference in taking it. That is good to here about testosterone support.

Of course. What else would you dilute it with?

I bought the Concentrace minerals from Swanson a couple times. It had a tendency to 'coagulate'(?), but was easy to reconstitute by adding some spring water. I take liquid supplements every day, including plant derived liquid minerals for the same reason RG is. I've also used the TRC brand of liquid minerals. I like it better than the Concentrace brand. The one I take consistently is from Youngevity.
(I think most who have been here a while know this. I've been talking it up since I joined.)

How about just eating a wide variety of minimally processed food in a sensibly balanced diet?

Because the, once naturally occurring, trace minerals are absent from the soil. It's been 'official' since about 1940's when the govt declared it. No minerals in the soil, no minerals in the plants. No minerals in the plants, no minerals in the animals. No minerals in the plants and animals, no minerals in you. Plus, you receive the health wrecking effect of pesticides, genetic manipulation (also contributing to reduced nutrients), herbicides and other modern farming and food production methods.
Even eating organic, etc, doesn't supply nearly as much nutrition as what your parents and grandparents ate. Thanks to big agriculture, essential nutrients (not just the trace minerals) have been drastically reduced, so people eat more due to 'pica', their body hungry and seeking the missing nutrients, so the body's hunger for the missing nutrition forces them to overeat. If a person wants to stop overeating and gain control of their eating with ease, they must find a true source of trace minerals.
Not only the above, but so many have fooled themselves into eating packaged shit, marketed as 'healthy' or 'meal replacement' or whatever kinds of manufactured, processed mixes in boxes and cans. The search for real food requires paying attention to the details or growing it yourself or buying from your friends who are as picky as you. Fortunately, for those who want to eat real food, it's becoming easier to find and, due to better nutrient density (compared to processed shit), the quantity of food we eat can be reduced without stressing the body due to reduced available nutrients.

Mikey Thanks for posting this. Couple of questions. You mentioned if someone wants to take control of their eating to find a true source of trace minerals. I never took trace minerals but I'm interested. Do you feel by taking a trace mineral supplement this makes a big difference? Also I myself have cut my red meat down probably to once a month or less. I just don't like the way it looks in the store. We have Whole Foods about a 30 minute drive but their stuff is pretty expensive. Living in the City there's no many options except high price stores. I was checking out this website called Butcherbox for meat. Have you ever heard of it and what do you think?

....... Do you feel by taking a trace mineral supplement this makes a big difference? Yes. I would not bother with them if I didn't. If you're interested, the TRC brand of liquid minerals is about $16 per 32oz and is enough for 1 month per 100# of BW. Dose is 1oz per day, per 100# BW. I weigh about 140, so I take about 1.5 qt per month. Yes, I've heard of Butcherbox, but have no experience with them
