Since the Spring of 2020, I've had a goal of completing 100 burpees with jumps in under 10 minutes but I never achieved until yesterday. I finally completed 100 burpees with jumps in 9 minutes 56 seconds. It was tough but I'm feeling stoked.
Desire, discipline, patience and perseverance is how challenging fitness goals are eventually achieved.

Wow, that's awesome Ed!! Whats next on your list of fitness goals? 100 chinups? 50 HSPU? or you could try breaking the record of 78 Belly Bounces.

Next up is chasing 100 farts in under 5 minutes, captured in a plain brown paper bag that I'll give to Parker as a birthday present, telling him it's healthy to inhale and will help him lose weight and have a healthy heart.

I was averaging bodyweight of 170 lbs. around the time right before Summer 2020 when I was working hard chasing 10 minutes. My best time during that burpees training intense period was 10:46. Yesterday when my time was 9:56, my weight was 180 lbs.

Yesterday when my time was 9:56, my weight was 180 lbs. Research "Intermittent Hypoxic Training". It is a viable catalytic modality which adds a host of benefits to training. All u got to do is hold ur breath for any non-apparatus training. Use a tabata timer.
