What?....no BUGS in her diet? All that she said reminds me of the Atlas course. I have only seen Atlas and Hoffman talk of the mental side. Hoffman said 'mental tranquility' was a key and I always believed both Atlas and he were correct. I first read it from Atlas then Hoffman BTW. Longevity is different than building incredible mass and strength though......gotta pick what's important to you and play your plan forward.
