I've got to say I am loving the spear gun tubing. It is really easy to vary the resistance depending on where one grasps the tubing and I never have problems with being able to solidly grip the tubing.
I also have a hook system, Samson handles, and a two of the Ironmind expanders, but I nearly always use the spear gun tubing and do at least some work with it every single day.

Glad that you revived your thread, Ganesha! I was going to reply back a few times, as I have some recent developments with my use of speargun tubing.
I cut my 9 ft. piece of 5/8" tubing, and now have a 3 ft. piece to work with. It's the perfect length for me for a shorter piece, as opposed to my other 10 foot long pieces that are used with an anchor for rows, etc. Thanks for that idea! I also purchased two other larger diameter sections at the 3 foot length off of Amazon, at about $13 each. The next size up was at 11/16", and then 3/4", both with a 1/8" inner diameter hole. The 3 foot size works well for pull-aparts, front pulldown, rear pulldowns, true archer's pull, standing bench presses with tubing behind the back, overhead presses with one arm anchoring behind the back, and various tricep extension moves. Using the tubing works the grip hard, too.

I need to get me some of this spear gun tubing. I wonder if there is a brick and mortar chain where I can buy it?

Ben 8489, I'd like to see what you could do with a 3/4" OD, 3 foot long, and 1/8" ID piece of speargun tubing. I think you would really like a piece of tubing that size.

So I am thinking of getting a longer length of the spearfun tubing to use with an anchor to do pulling moves or to do similar moves to a battle rope.
Doing some research to figure out the appropriate length. I'd probably just use the bands like I've already got with the 5/8" outer walls and 1/8" inner hole.
