OTOH, here's Gilbert Gottfried who thinks that Team 3D Alpha has no good ideas, I guess? Not that I care either way, but the drama is somewhat entertaining. I heard about that but haven't seen it yet. Can't wqtch that Douchette fella, he sounds like a cartoon gangster.

The "Team 3D Alpha" guy suffers from the same unfortunate delusion as Pete Wagner. He (Team 3D Alpha) thinks he's found something no one else knows about and wants to be your guru. I told Pete something like that (I don't remember the exact words), which may be another reason he left. Not that "Team 3D Alpha" has no good ideas. I think he does, just as Pete did, but worshiping your own "greatness" is not going to communicate to many people, in spite of how amazing the ideas are. The thing about You Tube is, you can watch the videos, learn about the ideas and pick and even test it out without subscribing to somebody's whole way of life, hang off their every word and become their lackey. I don't care to become a Team 3D Alpha minion, I doubt I will agree with many things he says, I don't like how he mumbles and swears like a trooper, and I don't care for his hairdo either. BUT he said something that interested me, it rang true and I enjoyed watching the nucleii overload videos, so I gave it a go. Doesn't matter if Douchette ripped him to pieces, it worked for me, or something did and it was because I gave it a try.

A thing is not necessarily false because badly uttered, nor true because spoken magnificently.

Well said Stuke! Agree, " learn about the ideas and pick and even test it out without subscribing to somebody's whole way of life, hang off their every word and become their lackey."

While I was looking for videos about stretched isometrics, this popped up:

A suspension gizmo allows you to conveniently exercise in all planes of motion . Without stopping for several minutes you can address unlimited planes of motion while achieving cardio benefits.

“I’m also researching this lactobacillus fermentum
“Even though NAC is effective in raising your body’s glutathione, researchers have discovered another way to help your body store the glutathione it produces for much longer.
The answer, Dr. Pescatore says, is a new probiotic strain called Lactobacillus fermentum, or ME-3. This probiotic supplement improves glutathione levels in three ways. It:
Synthesizes glutathione Extracts glutathione from the surrounding environment Recycles oxidized glutathione back to its active or “reduced” form But ME-3’s benefits go beyond glutathione production.
Dr. Pescatore cites research that’s found that ME-3 regenerates other antioxidants (like vitamins C and E, and CoQ10), promotes liver and cellular detoxification, protects and improves gut function, reduces inflammation, and much more.“

This specific bacterium aids in building muscle for the over 60 crowd & can be bought from any science supply company without a license required online if u choose to go that route. Just add stated bacterium to any milk culture of your choosing or buy a food product infused with it. That's listed below too. Lactobacillus plantarum L. plantarum is commonly found in many fermented food products including sauerkraut, pickles, brined olives, Korean kimchi, Nigerian Ogi, sourdough, and other fermented plant material, some cheeses, fermented sausages, and stock fish.(1) The administration of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, and Lactobacillus ingluviei is associated with weight gain, whereas the administration of L. plantarum and Lactobacillus gasseri is associated with weight loss in obese humans and animals [32].(2) REF: (1) Lactobacillus plantarum TWK10 Improves Muscle Mass and Functional Performance in Frail Older Adults: A Randomized, Double-Blind Clinical Trial | HTML www.mdpi.com/2076-2607/9/7/1466/htm(2) Effect of Lactobacillus plantarum Strain K21 on High-Fat Diet-Fed Obese Mice www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4353445/TWK10® Sports Probiotic | Lonza www.capsugel.com/consumer-health-nutrition-products/twk10-probioticProbiotics or pro-healers: the role of beneficial bacteria in tissue repair - PubMed pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29315980/

Mrs BigBruvOfEnglandUK has had flu for over a week now. On Saturday I seemed to be sneezing more than usual and had quite a lot of mucus and phlegm. I remembered that I had some NAC and also zinc in the cupboard so I took one of each with some fruit juice and shortly after I went out for a walk but had to come home from the walk early because I needed to have a shit. Unusual time for me as I get this done early in the morning and often again in the evening but never during the day unless I'm unwell. Anyway, come home and it turned out I had diarrhea. I thought that it must be the flu coming on more. The next day I felt ok though. The excess phlegm and mucus problem stopped . I've just looked up NAC and the article said it can cause diarrhea in some people. I doubt I'll try it again.
