If coffee is good for my liver, my liver is going to live a long time.
I only drink a single cup of coffee each morning, home-brewed drip style. I like it strong and not ruined with sugar or cream. I currently drink Italian Roast and freshly grind my beans each morning.
Unfortunately, I’ve become very discriminating and hesitant to drink other’s coffee unless I’ve vetted it. On the go, I drink Cafe Americano from Starbucks or Pete’s when I lived in California. When we had a second home in Santa Cruz, I’d drink Santa Cruz Dark from the Santa Cruz Coffee Roasting Company. Man was it strong!
Again, I’m very picky about my coffee and glad to learn my liver has a long life ahead; thanks for sharing.

I don't know about my liver, but instant coffee definitely seems to be good for my bowels. As Pierini recently said about oatmeal, instant coffee seems to "cook a good turd".

A true advantage. I never understood why health food fanatics would enjoy coffee enemas. Get the same effect pouring from the neck down. Maybe it is the delivery mechanism or technique that gives them the true joy or comfort they are seeking.

I love my coffee. Buy the whole beans from Costco. They sell a 2.5 lb package of organic beans, for about $10.
I drink it black, and very strong, and I can’t imagine a day without my massive caffeine and antioxidant intake every morning.

Never drank coffee in my life. I got enough energy so never thought I needed it. Seems like drinking muddy water.

The convenience store near me makes excellent rich, dark, black coffee. The darker the roast, the less caffeine is in the cup.

Pretentious Costa Coffee asswipes! Starbucks shithouses! Cafe Nero knobrots!
No way am I no damn coffee fan, I hate the coffee shops in bookshops, the turgid tossers who publicly swan around town with a big silly cup of the muck, power movers on their way to work with their 'look at me' shitty, snobby crappyfrappachinos or whatever the f they call it. I blame those vaccuous, plastic ponces from Friends for this plague of coffee turds.
Never tried it myself, the smell is enough to keep me away.

I drink about 5 or 6 cups a day at least. I will add half and half, or butter/coconut oil in the first morning cup. I only took up coffee a few years ago when a Dr. told me tea was causing my kidney stones.

When I was young and worked construction breakfast was a "regular coffee and a buttered roll"
