There's a place for cardiovascular/respiratory conditioning in all well-designed fitness training programs, good for you. Don't be afraid to spend some time in the "pedal to the metal" zone.

Don't be afraid to spend some time in the "pedal to the metal" zone. do my best to on my HIIT days. Most workouts with that band I don't rest at all unless I check off the circuit.

A 30 minute walk done at a brisk or moderate pace combined with Intermittent Hypoxic Training using the lamp posts as my gauged intervals jacks up my VO2 max & also reduces bodyfat %.
