I do a single foot isometric leg press ramping style. Then immediately do high step ups on my dining room chair with the same leg. It's done as a ladder set. Pavel style. I alternate legs every other day. I don't burn out & get a great pump. I get a great spurt of growth hormone too (that sounded SO gay). Nice work and no it doesn't sound gay at all. , Ben don't lie to him like that.

U never state the colour/rating of the training bands to get an idea of the resistance yr using. Yr a hulking leviathan that can easily break the plasterboard if u sneezed. What if I tried to gauge the resistance u use? Whyyyyyy.....they'd probably find me squashed against the door like a fly & have to scrape me off it without getting anything on the carpet. So, how about filling in we pencil-necked geeks about the weight rating yr using from now on so I don't get a head or eye injury or worse yet - get launched thru the door?
TY, Big Ben....*DONNNNNG*

So, how about filling in we pencil-necked geeks about the weight rating yr using from now on so I don't get a head or eye injury or worse yet - get launched thru the door? TY, Big Ben....*DONNNNNG* They go by weight classes like in amateur wrestling... Flyweight (turquoise) Extremally light resistance. Suitable for young athletes aged 4-10 and weighing 10-79 lbs (5-36kg). Excellent for any sports and fitness activity. Featherweight (white/pink) Light resistance. Suitable for adult fitness beginner’s and young athletes aged 9-14 weighing 79-122lbs (36-55kg). Excellent for any sports and fitness activity. Lightweight (Orange/Blue) Light-to-medium resistance. Adult’s most recommended difficulty level. Suitable for 14+ fitness beginners-to-athletes weighing 122-158 lbs (55-72kg). Excellent for any sports and fitness activity. Middleweight (Red) Challenging resistance. Not for beginners. Suitable for adult athletes weighing 158–205 lbs (72–93 kg). Excellent for any sports and fitness activity. Heavyweight (Black) The toughest difficulty level. Not for beginners. Suitable for adults, athletes, and people weighing over 205 lbs (93kg). Excellent for any sports and fitness activity; good for bodybuilding. Think you can guess which one I use. They have videos on YouTube and if you order one, you can learn all the exercises and sample workouts that aren't on YouTube as a member of the site as a bonus (no extra fees, I looked into it). Most of the videos you'll see on YouTube are mainly wrestlers and fighters from the states and Dagestan, others will show female wrestlers, judoka and BJJ fighters and some will show kids using them. If you're interested in them still, you can use my discount code to get 10% OFF. Type in POWERANDMIGHT at the checkout. They've got a 1 For 3 Deal doing on right now where if you buy a band, you'll also get a carry bag to put the band in and get two smaller bands; the blue bolt band & yellow band for stretching. This was what I got when I first ordered mine. I ended ripping the carry bag cause I didn't figure out how to fold that black band properly, I have other bags I put cables in so I put it it in and once I figured out how to fold the band it fit into my carry bag without issues.
