20 Step Ups (10 Per Leg)
30 Punches W/ DopamineO Yellow Stretch Band For Resistance
10 Rounds in 19:33
100 Rows, 200 Step Ups & 300 Punches
Good training to get a sweat going. The only rest was marking off the set.

This morning I worked on some mobility, joint Loosening and stretching with the Dopa Stretch Band. In the late afternoon, got in a great leg workout using my deck of cards to do 500 Step Ups & 250 Hindu Squats.

Little to no rest between exercises. Took about approx 20 min.

Are You doing these on a regular height step? If not, how high is the step you're using? This was one of my go to sessions in the past, it's a good one. I do a single foot isometric leg press ramping style. Then immediately do high step ups on my dining room chair with the same leg. It's done as a ladder set. Pavel style. I alternate legs every other day. I don't burn out & get a great pump. I get a great spurt of growth hormone too (that sounded SO gay).

I use to do high step ups on a chair but I stopped. If I did just body weight and lower reps it didn't bother my knees. If I added weight or did higher reps than it would aggravate my knees. That mostly because I have a meniscus tear in both knees that I can't get operated on.
