Shoveled twice today, did a few minutes of animal movements and finished off the night with 500 Step Ups. Think that's a good day's worth of training.

DopamineO Interval Conditioning Workout... 30 On/15 Off For 4 Rounds Each Exercise Alt Curls Alt High Pulls Chest Presses One Arm Pulls (Kept the reps the same each arm) Oblique Twists (Kept the reps the same each side) Alt Waves Second Workout today..... Tried a short workout that had me breathing hard and sweating even harder. It's a Superset with the 70 lb Sandbell where I would duck walk 5 yards and then do 5 deep squats, turn around and repeat this back to the starting point so it was 2x doing this for a total of 10 yards and 10 Squats. Did 3 sets of this and told myself to stop. Took as much rest as needed between sets cause this was crazy tough to do. This was a brutal leg killer. The lactic acid was gnarly and I felt it everywhere. This was a full body workout. You're hitting your core in order to stabilize your balance, your arms by isometrically squeezing the sandbag so you won't let go during the set and of course every single muscle in the legs.

Bent Over Rows (60 lb E-Z Bar) x 15, 15, 12
Close Grip Pulldowns (140 lbs) x 10, 8, 4
Close Grip Chin Downs (140 lbs) x 6, 5, 4
Farmer's Walk (2-30 lb Kettlebells) x 10 Revolutions

Morning Workout
660 Step Ups in 30 min.
First 500 were 50 per leg, 100 were 2 sets of 25 per leg and the last 60 were 2 sets of 15 per leg.
One of my favorite workouts to maintain stamina and strength in the legs.

Are You doing these on a regular height step? If not, how high is the step you're using? This was one of my go to sessions in the past, it's a good one.

Feels great and better loosened. 2nd Workout Today Awesome circuit conditioning workout using the DopamineO Band, Sandbell, Ab Wheel & Step Ups.... 10 Hindu Squats (Dopa Band) 10 Curls (Dopa Band) 10 Chest Presses (Dopa Band) 2x Shoulder Carry 70 lb Sandbell (10 yards per shoulder) 10 Ab Wheel Rollouts 30 Step Ups (15 per leg) 20 Rows (Dopa Band) 10 Rounds....Only rest was marking off a circuit. 100 Squats, 100 Curls, 100 Chest Presses, 1400 lbs Carried, 100 Ab Wheel Rollouts, 200 Rows.
