Best way seems to be repeated exposure to cold, ie cold baths etc. Good for immune system too.

So, I have to be innovative about the cold front. Blue ice paks for me & spices!

Australia has more ski-able snow than Austria, but the snow fields were several hundred kms from where I lived. We used to grass ski or more usually water ski. One you got your clothes covered in green stains and the other you got wet. Both great for the legs though

I was pleasantly potted when I made that video & it was my intention to send it later by the hotel WiFi. Then I found out the hotel had no WiFi. So it's a missed opportunity & I'll just delete it later when I can find it again. But then....I found ur forearm thread. I wear glasses. 1st fuzzy glance of the video thumbnail, my wife suddenly butts in & blurts loudly: "Why are u looking at porn NOW?" I retort, "HUH? Whaa? I'm, I'm not looking....No? Wait! See?....It's a BIG veiny forearm not a....um....oh just forget it. Get stuffed!"

I like water sports (in the Red Sea)? Egypt is still a popular destination within the Commonwealth (I'm a canuck)? I'm into kitty litter? All the above?

Don't get the kitty litter reference though. Sounds pretty cool there.

Most of Egypt is coarse sand except the North Coast, Libyan Desert & Nile Delta.

I was thinking of starting a thread titled, "Burning Fat", so I did a forum search for that thread title and this popped up. My first post would have read something like this: I've found that the easiest way for me to monitor my BF% is by waist size. Not every year, but this last year, during the winter months, I gained a bit of tightness in my normal pant waist. ("29" inches, sir!" ) The other part of this is that I had become lazy in my exercise due to other interests I had allowed to distract me. So, I have a minimum, per day routine. ...... that post about the On my way! (<<< there, AI did it again! It's supposed to be the acronym for "O.ne M.inute W.orkout", but, of course, AI knows what I meant ..... ha!) that Bruv put up is the same idea, but I'd say that my min total (extracirricular) time per day is 15 min. When that happens I know that I was eating too much and not drinking enough water, so I then do the opposite to make me comfy in my pants. Usually, how I do that is by eating OMAD, small portion size, having steamed potatoes always available in the fridge (sweet potatoes are optimum) to satisfy any distracting craving, and drinking at least 3L of water per day. I'm estimating on the amount of water, tight pants waist is just an indicator that I need to drink more water.
This seems to be my experience. Does this happen to you?
