No, but we all know what our natural intentions are Do you mean, like, the vibrator kept under the bed?

Look to nature. We have muscle for a purpose. The more that muscle is challenged, the stronger it becomes. Does nature provide vibrations to enhance this process? Not sure that anyone will know what nature's intentions are. Biologically, we are designed to be able to increase strength as requirements dictate. Simple as that. There is nothing in nature that vibrates, intended to aid in this. As far as nature's intention - propagation of the species.

I wonder if using a rebounder is similar to the effect of the vibration machine? I would doubt it, Fred. Wiki : It consists of a vibration platform which vibrates sinusoidal side alternating like a see-saw. Depending on the device size it oscillates with an amplitude of up to 6 mm (equivalent to a peak to peak distance of 12 mm) and a frequency of 5 Hz to 40 Hz (5 to 40 repetitions per second). Even mini-bouncing on a rebounder, your amplitude would be a lot more than the above, and at only 2 hertz at most, I would think. Echoing Bruce, there's nothing in nature (rebounder included) that emulates a vibrating platform. And like the rebounder, it's an idea whose time has come and gone mostly, it seems.

And like the rebounder, it's an idea whose time has come and gone mostly, it seems. The cost of quality titanium frawl pins has made top-notch rebounders too expensive.

If Vibrating works for You have at it. But personally I agree with Macky and Bruce. I hope if You use a vibrating platform doesn't affect You. I know using jackhammers, rhinos, chip hammers, and even a sledgehammer is different than the platform. But they don't seem like they would be long term things to use for exercise.

I think I'll go ahead and get a vibration plate, and simply remove my head beforehand for safety.

Oh. Did you have one to remove in the first place?

My wife's vibrator definitely boosts hormones.
