Do you take any supplements / minerals/ vitamins?
And if so, what?

MBS, I don’t currently take any vitamin supplements but recently started using some protein powder and it’s got some low-level vitamins and minerals added. Historically, I’ve not been a mega-user of supplements although I’ve tried a few items over the years.
Such as l-arginine, glucosamine, mega-doses of Vitamin C, and some others that I’d have to think hard about to recall.
For the most part, I’ve realized I’ve been a non-responder in that after a reasonable time period usage, I failed to recognize any discernible benefits.
Quality sleep seems to be beneficial.

AM: Vitamin D and B12, CoQ10, Cranberry, fish oil PM: Magnesium, turmeric/curcumin, fish oil
I know the D and B12 are working as my latest blood test showed good ranges on both (I have an office job away from sunlight). I'm not sure about the other stuff -- I take them because I've heard good things.

Electrolytes for aging sweat hogs? Thanks for reminding me Gruntbrain. I’ve recently started with electrolytes supplementation now that I’m running and it’s hot. Buy it at Costco.

I’m beginning to think that quality sleep and time restricted eating do a lot more for us than any supplements.
And they’re free.

Caffeine is the only supplement that motivates me to get off of my wrinkled gray apathy. Hi,
My name is Alan, and I'm helpless in the face of caffeine. My life has no meaning without it.

Yes. Two months ago, for the first time, I started using it consistently. That is one supplement that I have noticed working. I take five grams a day.

^^^^^pierini, I didn’t take a measurement prior, but my arms, chest, shoulders and back look fuller, and I received compliments from people who said I’ve put on muscle^^^^
It may just be that creatine allows the muscle to hold on to water, and look bigger.
This is after two months of daily usage.
