I’m not as rigorous as you in numerically charting/assessing data, so can’t provide accurate feedback on this.
I started taking the stuff for the alleged neuroprotective benefits, and looking fuller was a side benefit.
Im aware of the potential for self delusion without data.
The stuff is is ridiculously cheap, so I’ll keep taking it.

I take vitamin D3, sometimes Zinc and daily OPC and MSM for recovery. I think drinking a lot of water is very important

I never took creatine. If I hit a plateau and don't progress anymore I'll consider it but I don't think it's something beginners should take

Did the creatine users in the house experience weight gain from its use? According to the research I did on creatine it will cause your muscles to draw more water, they will look bigger but also be stronger over longer periods of time

I take creatine in the hope it gives me a bit more power during short bursts of paddling hard for waves.

At the end of the day it is an extra 7 pounds or so of water weight.

I ate it occasionally for a while, but I felt 'bloated'(?) if I had too much.

Did the creatine users in the house experience weight gain from its use? I’d say I put on 5-7 lbs from using it consistently. My waist stayed at 32, and my muscles look fuller from the extra water retention.
