I think vacuum excellent. Many Eastern disciplines like yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung say that stimulating and massaging the internal organs is very important. I think one of the easiest ways that is not hard to learn and effective is the vacuum.

I hope the stomach vacuum doesn't harm the internal organs that temporarily get displaced . Pushing out the stomach against the resistance of a wide belt is a good complement to the vacuum .
