His comments were in regards to John; why would YOU thank Henry. Because it's polite and I like being thankful. Thanking him for saying something positive.

John has put a lot of effort in making the best possible product for you isometric fans, he's running a small business so the price seems high. John has alway's published excellent books for us, he deserves much more respect.

A belt for 120 bucks? That must be one helluva belt I mean cmon how good can it be? I would rather spend that money for the hook, anchor and cables, a pair of dumbbells, a pullup bar for a door and a ab wheel. Wouldn't that get you much further?

It most likely could and certain things are better. Got to make a living somehow and if it means overcharging it happens. To be honest I would rather buy something cheaper as well but if you could afford and it is worth while to you, go for it.

JP looking very muscular.......perhaps some photoshopping ? No that is all lithe, lean, dense muscle, except for the tampon string legs. His legs are plenty big. I used to have big legs from squats to the point I had a lot of chafing, couldn't by jeans that fit unless they were the loose jeans. Fuck that, I'll take my much smaller just a strong legs today over blown up thunder thighs that so many aspire to today. People have been looking at the photos of the 'roid boys for too long and sense of proportion and symmetry are all blown to fuck. I'll take the look of spec ops solder legs over "lifter" legs any day of the week. And, I think the squat is the most fucking over rated exercise EVER!

Maybe it just me but he looks top heavy and not in proportion, when I used to train and was at my biggest, I had a 48" chest and 24" thighs. I know it is not massive measurements, but I always thought I was in proportion, when I looked in the mirror. I have never suffered chaffing myself, currently my chest measures 47" and 23" thighs and I still do not think I look too top heavy. I do not know how big thighs need to be to start chaffing.

Mine were about 27 when I was a senior in high school and 34 (not solid muscle) a couple of years ago. I had the classic fat power lifter build. I think I got the Tom Platz gene for legs. I'm not sure what they even measure today, but I can wear 34 inch waist jeans, regular or slim fit and I'm not going back.

So you got my legs, you lucky b'stard, I was a typical skinny guy with a whole 34" chest and tampon string arms and legs. Then when I was about 17 to 18 years old, I started out using weights seriously and started to grow. I have never had the genetics to become huge, but that has never bothered me. I just wanted to become stronger and the increase in size came with it of course.

He 6'3 HUGE square frame, a shorter Gronkowski. Zero interest in lifting weights. Man how I could have built that frame if it was mine.

The guy that is quite magnanimous is Bruce. Who else would let these lengthy discussions about a competitor's products on their own site go on. Could also be sheer genius. People who cannot get the other belt come here and see an active marketplace in very high quality products at a fair price.
