Hey Bruce,
I've been doing something for arms You may or may not like. I mostly work my arms because I like the muscle endurance for my work. I have been supersetting biceps and triceps for 3 sets each. I have been using a technique the the guy from Athlean X calls backwards and Chandler Marchman calls From the top. Call it what You want.
An example would be doing Your Cable Incline Curl and Tricep Pushdowns. For the Cable Incline Curl start with both hands in the top position. Then Alternate curl while keeping the other hand in the contracted position. Immediately after You finish the amount of reps You want do a double curl. For the Pushdowns hold both arms straight down and alternately do single arm pushdowns while keeping the other arm straight. Immediately after do double Pushdowns.
I also like to switch to DB Curls and Lying Tricep Extensions with this technique. I sometimes do this for shoulders, chest, and back. The cables I got from You for pressing is great with this technique.

I always superset triceps press downs with hammer curls. It saves you a lot of time while one muscle rests you just train the other one

I used to split my routine - triceps one day, biceps the next. Over ten years ago I started supersetting and have continued ever since.
