Trust me on this. Having to change the handles around would be a royal pain. You'll want everything set up and ready to go. And those loop handles are padded. I could put everything together exactly as shown, including the caribiners and bands, and all you'd have to do is to slip the foot attachments on with everything already attached. I would charge the retail price for the carabiners, so they wouldn't cost you anymore than what you would pay, yourself. Because the handles are simple, I wouldn't charge much for those.
I had two simple requirements when I got my bench, one, that the back not extend beyond my neck when seated, and, two, that the seat be able to tilt. I'd have to know what bench you have so that I could see how feasible it is to use. Maybe you could post the brand and model.

I'd guess Sissy Squats can be done with those type of benches.

Michael, does the seat tilt upward? That's important to keep you in place so that you don't keep sliding forward. Does the back extend up past your head, or just up to your neck? You really don't want it up past your neck. Actually, why don't you try this? Get some carabiners and just tie them to the feet. Load them with some bands, and use your Hook handles to get a feel as to how this would work. I had to experiment with different size bands. The bands in the back are the regular size bands. The amber bands in the front are two half size bands folded in half. The black bands in front are half size. Give it a shot and see how you like it. Remember that the hook handles won't give you an actual feel for the convenience of this, as you would be moving them around and they are longer than the handles I made for this purpose. Also, the fixed handles keep the folded bands in place. Here is the bench I got: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00701H384/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1BTW, there's nothing wrong with the bands pulling against the steel of the carabiners. I used my first Hook handles for five years with just the steel. The only reason the plastic sleeve is around those hooks is because of the hue and cry from those who don't know from whence they speak. I notice no one says anything about Mike Brown's expander.

I just noticed that on my link, that bench is listed at $84.50. I paid $52.62 for mine a year and a half a go. Same Amazon site. I think that you'll be able to find the lesser price if you search around Amazon.

That reminds me. I don't know if you saw my response to your Mega Wrist Roller comment on that other thread.

Nice looking set up you have there Bruce, with that you could hit the muscles from a lot of different angles.
