THIS IS OUTDATED: Go here for the new and improved workout station: sierraexercise.proboards.com/thread/1279/new-improved-workout-unitAs happenstance would have it, the configuration of my incline bench makes it ideally suited for attaching bands. For each exercise, the angle is just perfect. The bands with the handles at the rear of the bench are used for bench presses, overhead presses, ab crunches, and triceps curls. The bands at the rear with the hand loops are for one arm triceps extensions. The black band with handles at the front of the bench I use for shoulder raises, bringing my arms back into a good morning stretch position. The shorter bands at the front I use for triceps kickbacks and for curls. I was thinking of hanging some bands from overhead for pulldown exercises, but decided I prefer bodyweight pullups and rows, which I do first before climbing onto the bench. I had been adding to this bench over time, and this morning was the first time I used it with all that is now shown on it. Had a great workout! I just got on there, locked my legs into place, and went for it. I did three different triceps exercises, and so did a set of curls in between to balance things out. It took me just 15 minutes to go through the entire circuit - one set to failure of each exercise. Great! On days in between I'll do my cardio, legs, and forearms.

Very nice. I can see how you could get a great workout there. Now if you would just attach some furry hand cuffs and foot cuffs to it (or silken velvet restraints if cost is an issue), it would truly be an optimal device for exploring both pleasure and pain. It could be the steel bench that subdues. where all restraints are eliminated via restraints.

That's a nice outfit, Bruce. What brand is it? Where did you get it? How much was it?
I bet a guy could make one from dimensional lumber.

Oh, this is my final routine in the sky I've been looking for that will carry me on through my golden years! I think that for my next workout I will do it as a circuit and go through each exercise twice.

Personally I think you should stick with KSHD training instead and so you do not get tempted, I'll have a van come around tomorrow, to pick the bench up. Just as a favour to you.

Such a bench is a decent anchor for Sierra Strap Isometrics

Anyway, I would definitely use that set up if I had it.

It could be yours. It is an inexpensive bench, and I could make all the attachments. Something to think about.

My son brought home a good incline bench a couple of weeks ago. All I would need is the four green straps with the D-rings. If You would sell them to me, I can get the clips. I would just use the Hook with the cables.
