Using both the Sierra Strap and a wide(2-3" ) adjustable strap is not redundant . For a few exercises where a strap is draped around your body, a wide strap is more comfortable (see Drew Baye and Steve Maxwell performing isometric contractions in YouTube) .

Why the hell would anyone need a 28 foot long belt ? Unless you plan to tow your car ? Like everything else about JP, it's ridiculous

4) Ask him why he didn't answer my questions, I sent 2 emails to him, yet I havent read any "I received an email asking about LS and the new belt..." post in transformetrics. Thanks JP only responds to "I received an email asking about.." that he's written to himself.

! I read on here that Benny said that JP offered to "train" him on how to use the belt (s) Must be some real intensive "training"...probably would take about 2 minutes

Michael,
The belt has to be longer because you double it on itself to form loops (if you are on Facebook go to the Transformetrics page and look at the October 19th video to see what I mean). I made one from a slackline. I will give JP this, the loops do allow for a greater contraction than just gripping a single part of a strap (see the September 13th Transformetrics Facebook post). I found the longer strap a pain to deal with, though.
I have found handles allow for an even greater level of contraction than the loops. Putting a fixed handle on one end of a length of webbing and attaching a second adjustable handle to the other end is great. You also don't need as long of a piece of webbing if you do it this way. Of course, Shen's strap and handles would work well for greater contraction, too.

First off, that's awesome you were able to make that, that's impressive and I'm happy to know it works well for you. I will be posting photos and videos on the belt in the not too distant future. I'm just getting used to it and I'm in the last couple months before my wedding so timing won't be that great. I'm not going to be open about what me and John talk about on a certain level because he's asked me not to and I'm keeping my word out of respect for him. The emails you sent him, I don't know a damn thing about why he hasn't answered you back, that's not my business. You can knock all you want on him, that's your thing not mine. We respect each other in our own ways and yeah, I don't agree on everything when it comes to his philosophy and he doesn't agree with me about how I train when it comes to certain methods. What he has done to himself and the broken promises, that's all on him and he's going to have to live with it but I found out things about him that don't need public attention. He's been through enough and I'm not going to be a spy just for a bunch of these guys' satisfaction. When I say I keep my word, I mean it so you can ask all you want but I'm not saying a damn thing. If something is that important to you, you'll either figure it out or you won't, either way, I'm going to do what works for me and nobody else. John even offered to train me on the belt and I turned him down because I wanted to learn on my own, I've always been that way. I look forward to those photos and videos. You stated you were done with him(acting on his back, remember), then implied you had a belt, we asked, you say you have the new belt. JP doesnt forget nor forgive treachery, which leads to the whole thing being orchestrated, as others have pointed. My guess is there is no new belt and that you have none. If I am mistaken, show proof (not just a black belt, etc...). Real proof, please. You act like his public relations, igniting the interest on all things JP, also spamming with your affiliate thing. Now you say you wont say a thing about JP. Understood, then dont say anything. Keep it to yourself. Again, without sierra forum or agingmachomen, there would be close to no one talking about him(except blackbelt, andy62, gbjj, etc). You are the link between it all. No one here asked for you to spy on him(just to be straight and no bullshit), maybe that's what you are doing here. Even if there is a new belt and you have one, this smells like a strategy.

The great master of isometrics doesn't merely demonstrate or just show someone how to do something, he TRAINS, and he COACHES, and he TEACHES!

He doesnt answer mails nor questions on his forum yet he sends bigben84 a belt after he shits on him and talks behind his back... Bigben84, maybe you are the prodigal son.

So I think that for the foreseeable future gyms will still have customers and will not need to close.

This is the best I can give. You want proof, here you go, let's leave it behind and move on. PROOF!! There it is, folks! The undeniable proof! Seeing is believing, and there can be no shadow of a doubt now that Benny is PROVING that he does, in fact, have a very long strand of webbing! The PROOF is right there for all to see!
