Yeah, people love talking about dr crunch. Does anyone remember if it was the top position or the halfway position he used? Bruv had a similar story about a girlfriend using something like a 30s hold to work up to her first one or two pullups. If I remember correctly, it was just a slight pull at the bottom stretched position. just enough to engage the biceps. I always wondered if this was true or not.

Really? I've just wasted the last ten years! Holds in the top position for time is the way we got fat asses in the Marine Corps to get the minimum pull-ups.
