Joyce Vedral also had something similar you could choose to use dumbbells or not

for those that may remember the old Animal Ability board there was talk about someone adding quite a bit of bicep size by doing an isometric hold on a chin-up bar for like 2 or 3 minutes. Supposedly they just pulled up a few inches and just stayed there. Can anyone recall what that was all about?

Yeah, people love talking about dr crunch. Does anyone remember if it was the top position or the halfway position he used? Bruv had a similar story about a girlfriend using something like a 30s hold to work up to her first one or two pullups.
