It fills my heart with joy when Biohacker and Butt Master agree on anything. Meh. We agree on a lot, you're just not paying attention.

Just my opinion. Someone can do whatever they want. If it hurts don't do it. Some people can get away with more than others when it comes to some exercises. There are some that have done certain exercises that everyone says will harm You all their training life. Daryl Contant comes to mind with some of Vince Gironda exercises. It's definitely a different story for someone that has never did long term physical work and has made their living sitting on their backside. Also, another variable is how often You do the exercise. If You do the exercise once in a while or for a month it may not harm You. I personally have no desire, see no benefits(for myself), or would not recommend it to someone I care about. I've seen many of his videos and some of the KB ones have stuck out to me. The top of Your KB snatch is the reason why Your wrist bother You, You have told me in the past. Have u ever tried Vince Gironda's Egg & Cream Diet? If so, then what were ur results? No I have never tried that diet. Definitely couldn't do it now because of my dairy allergy. I have tried many of his rep schemes and some of the exercises. Some of his exercises just don't work for me.

You’ll hurt yourself say most of the internet fitness experts. Is there any advantage to this over less risky exercises, Pierini m8?

None other than agitating a bunch of internet know-it-alls who are unable to do it safely and want to tell you how unwise you are for doing it. I seldom do these, it’s a fitness feat like one-arm push-ups and pistols. I like this one because it gives me feedback on my shoulder flexibility.

Why do You share it then? Everyone has their own opinions/philosophy on exercise. That's why I stopped sharing what I do for exercise. All I care is it works for me, and I like what I do. No one really cares what I do. When You put Yourself out there someone will always say something. I don't really see a problem with the exercise You are doing for "Yourself". Like I said in my first post, They're probably many examples of exercises people say are not good for You, but people have been doing them for years with no problems. I did say something about the form in one of You KB videos because of Your wrist. I've said it in the past to You but You probably don't remember and blew it off. Like You had instruction in Olympic lifting, I've had professional instruction with the KB lifts and never have any injuries from them. But I understand You would never take any constructive criticism from someone like me.

I don't do pretzel-twisting yoga either. If I had done it, starting when I was younger and continued throughout my life, I could likely still do it today. If you want to do strength stunts, start when you're young and don't stop. If you pause it in your exercise rotation, revisit it often enough to know that you can still do it without straining or messing yourself up. Good lesson! Thanks!

This was take 2 yesterday at one of my favorite park workout locations of my former city, my birthplace. I’m there on special assignment. This pull-up bar is better for these pull-ups than the previous video.

Of all the people to hear pontificating, it would NOT be from the likes of Mike O'Hearn about any exercise physiology or diet tips. Not with traps like that or him promoting overpriced quail eggs as if they will actually affect ur body composition? Even Lee Priest has called out Mike O'Hearn on his "natty" status.
Steroids or SARMS famously decrease recovery time, heal injuries, & extend career status when used properly. Just ask the A-list actor Sylvester Stallone?

O’ Hearn has been telling his “ I’m natty” story for so long he may very well believe his own BS. To his credit, he is extraordinarily disciplined and obviously puts in the work to stay looking like that all year (decades) around. I remember the quail eggs con. Wonder how many gullible followers bought them.

Vince Gironda was another. I tried his Hormone Precursor Diet & that made serious inroads towards healing my shoulders. Arnold is nothing but a blowhard & self-centered jerk. I lost all respect for him when it got revealed he repeatedly bonked the housemaid after his wedding to Maria Shriver. pierinifitness has more street cred' than him & he's only a humble CFP.

While pull-ups are a fantastic exercise for building upper body strength, especially targeting the back, shoulders, and arms, the behind-the-neck variation is a movement that comes with significant risks. Performing pull-ups behind the neck can lead to serious injuries, particularly to the shoulders and neck.
