On March 5th last year I weighed 178. After the gyms closed I focused on KB training, increased protein and carb intake and reduced fats. When the workout centers opened back up I focused on bench, DL, squats, rows of all varieties, and overhead barbell presses until I pinged my shoulder 4 mos ago, so KB presses became my delt routine...biked as weather allowed...I went from 178 to 212 a year later, and although I've had to buy new clothes, I am pretty happy with the added size and strength.

You mean to tell me that people have been getting fatter while knowing full well that the obese are the next most vulnerable after the very frail elderly? So who are the people that don't care? Is it the people that won't wear the useless masks or could it be the people that have allowed themselves to become more vulnerable to the disease? No wonder they are desperate for the vaccine. Heaven forbid that they would actually have to do something themselves to naturally improve their chances when they can just have a couple of vaccine injections every year instead. |

Yeah I put on 10 lbs or so last year during lock-down (have since lost it). I found myself eating even when I wasn’t hungry and then it became a habit. Maybe my mistake was not wearing the mask 24/7. 🙄 |
