That was interesting. Persians have historically been excellent wrestlers and they appear to have favored bodyweight, stones, stone rings and giant clubs. I am sure they use more modern methods now

I did some of those pushups. I am looking for Intruders and Interlopers in local bodies of water and feel sort of angry and pissed off too.

Dave, If anything it's tough on the shoulders. I did a couple of sets yesterday and it's a pretty intense variation. The movement almost makes it a one handed push back.
