In a blender put 2/3 cup liquid egg whites from a carton add 2/3 cup fat free or skim milk 1-2 tbsp Nesquick, no sugar added chocolate milk mix powder. 1-2 slices light whole wheat toast w sugar free jam
wa-la, now you feel like you’re drinking chocolate milk, but what you’re actually doing is having an egg white omelette with toast and jam. The human body does’nt differentiate between you cooking the egg whites or drinking them, because it’s entering the stomach as a whole protein. Now your body has to spend its own calories to break down the egg whites into individual amino acids and construct them into proteins to pull into your system. I have 6 year old children drink these every morning and they think they’re drinking choc milk, but in reality they just had scrambled eggs & toast. Never do this with eggs you crack open, always use pasteurized egg whites from the carton.
