I personally don't care about mass or putting on size. Plus size on me just ain't happening. I just find this guy's videos interesting and thought someone else would also. I myself like no rest in between exercises or sets. I prefer circuits, supersets or whatever else that keeps things moving along.

I also prefer the no rest approach especially when I use single limb exercises.

I do short rests between sets, 15-45 seconds. Yesterday I was doing the usual supersetted pull-ups and dips, and the rest was walking across the gym between the squat rack where I was doing pull-ups and the dip bars; this is pretty typical. I'm not big by any means. I've been training for endurance rather than sprints for years - set a pace and keep it up.
