This reminds of something Pierini told me one time. He mentioned a diet called the No s diet. I can't link it right now but I was doing this diet for years without even knowing someone put a name to it.
The same with what you posted Texas. I was doing this also years ago. I used both and sometimes still do whenever I wanted to lose some weight. Correct me if I'm wrong, both diets were used by many people back in the day.

Someone already had a "diet" called the Gabriel Method that pre-dated the Reverse Fast...the author said exactly what the latest research advises based on the way many have eaten for years. The No S Diet...three meals a day. No Snacks, No Seconds, No Sugar (desserts, etc.) nosdiet.com/ If you're limited to those options, you'd better eat as nutrient-rich as you can with every meal. MDs, researchers agree with this...snacking keeps your blood sugar/insulin levels "up" all day long.
